Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period, meaning you have up to 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. This means it must be unused, unworn, have all original tags attached, and be in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Additionally, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The quickest way to obtain a different item is to return the original product. Once your return has been approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
